Our client had a two day show planned with 20 different presenters from four countries and 15 US states. The client had little control over the content of the presentations but wanted them to professionally convey the meeting theme and look. Quite the challenge with only two weeks until show time! The Solid State Designs Solution: Solid State Designs developed a presentation template, an online web seminar to introduce the template to the presenters, show them how to use it and explain how to transfer all the data and presentations to us after they were finished. We then created a dynamic FTP website to which the presenters uploaded the finished product. There, too, they could make changes to their presentations and view other presenters’ data and content. The result was a seamless integration of technology, presentation and content. The presenters traveled in comfort knowing their content was safe and prepared. the client achieved their desired result of uniform presentation design a full two days ahead of schedule and far beyond their expectations.
