Our client had completed their meeting timeline weeks before the production, compiling schedules from multiple departments within the organization. Unfortunately, no one at the company had run through all the details. Solid State Designs discovered four scheduling conflicts that required the same events to occur in the same place at the same time. The Solid State Designs Solution: Many times, because of our extensive procedures, we catch things the client hadn’t, like the physical impossibility of having four people in the same places at once. Fortunately, Solid State Designs arrived early enough in the implementation phase to rework the timeline, ensuring no laws of physics were broken. Had we come in even two weeks later, the mess would have been unfixable and the event a disaster.
